Jill is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience in medical office management and patient care. She spent 20 years as an Office Manager at an endocrinology practice, where she oversaw daily operations and managed staff. Before that, she worked for 10 years as a Patient Care Assistant at St. Joe’s Hospital, gaining hands-on experience in patient support and hospital administration.

Jill’s extensive background in both administrative and patient-facing roles gives her a well-rounded perspective on healthcare operations, making her an invaluable asset in any medical setting. Today, she now specializes in prior authorizations and referrals.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys traveling to Florida and soaking up the sunshine. Her favorite time of year is Halloween, when she fully dives into decorations, festivities, and all things spooky.
