“Working with Carrie has been a pleasure beyond words! She is an amazing biller and our office has never had any issues since we hired her company. She is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone looking for help. ”
— Amanda L., Office Manager - Rheumatology Clinic
We can provide medical billing services for outpatient medical practices and facilities. This includes Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Family Practice, Pulmonary, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Hospitalists and diagnostic testing (just to name a few).
What are your fees?
We will charge a percentage of monthly receipts, based on amount collected, not on the amount billed. The percentage is based on practice volume. We can also work patient accounts on the physicians’ behalf prior to sending them to collections. If the physician decides they want to send a patient to collections, we will work together with a local collection agency.
How can we get information to you for billing?
We provide courier service as much as necessary. We can also receive information from the physician by secure email and/or fax.
How often do you send patient statements?
Statements will be sent out once a month, depending on volume. If your practice has a high volume, we can stagger statements to cut down on overwhelming phone calls.
How do we start working with Accelerated Billing and Collection Solutions?
Call our office or email us and we can set up a consultation. Billing services can begin as soon as the contract is signed and all information is received from the physicians' office. Electronic submission can begin as soon as each physician is approved by each insurance company.
